Bui Vien would be the backpacker Avenue of Saigon. It’s similar to Khao San Highway, although not fairly as nuts. Crammed with bars playing dance songs, modest beer stores with plastic tables spilling into the road, eating places, espresso shops, and boutiques – you may see why backpackers love it. Bui Vien is labeled like a “strolling Avenue
